En Garde! Episode 2 The Bladé Annoys the Spanish
The Chevalier de Bladé has an uncomfortable interview with General Déspair, an Officer of Charles Duke of Nevers. During this long and protracted listing of the Chevaliers faults as a human being, the Spanish mercifully attack.
An assassin within the fortress has been sponsored by Milady de Wiener to murder Capitane Petain, one of the key organisers of the defence.
With the defeat of the Spanish attack the Chevalier leads an unauthorised sortie to capture much needed supplies from the Spanish camp.

The Chevalier attacks fromthe rear again! His matchlockmen loose a volley and then charge home.
A hand to hand brawl around the wagons. Casualties are high.
The Bladé captures the wagons and makes a flying return to Casale. By oxcart!
He has lost half of his troops. the General will not be happy in Episode 3!
Excellent stuff but due to childhood memories your commentary will always be badly dubbed. Long may the Bladé continue to buckle his swash.
