vs.

The Mummy of Amenhotep, and his minions, mainly mummified temple guards.

The Mummy's tomb is penetrated.

Arrow traps.  Ffitch-Ffoukes is hit, and the digging crew break.  

Poor Ffitch-Ffoukes expires from the arrow trap.

A temple guard Mummy shuffles into view.

His Lordships Butler, puts a bullet into its head, in his usual style.

A 6 and the Temple guard goes down.

In a side chamber Lady Crofte does some tomb robbing.

Carstairs Carruthers wanders off and finds a scarab beetle.

In the main chamber the team discover a whole crew of Temple Guards.

Lady Crofte runs around the edge of the chamber, firing two Pistols at once.  It's a high risk strategy, but she gets a pair of hits.

Butler Wiggamore does his usual sterling job.

His lordships shooting distracts a temple guard.

Dr Parker stands aside and lights his trusty pipe.

An overview.

His Lordship dispatches a mummy with his swordstick.  Clarence Wiggamore drops two more.

And a longer range barrage from Lady Crofte kills the last one.

Amenhotep rises from the well.  The expedition pour pistol fire onto Amenhotep.  It makes him uneasy.
"Is that a stargate?" wonders Dr P.

But the curious Dr P gets too close and is dragged into the well.  "My pipe! Bugger!"

And the team are Stunned as the archaeologist (some would say Chancer) vanishes.
